Smart Duka Technologies shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or incidental damages (loss of profit, data, etc.).
Downtime due to internet failure or third-party service outages (e.g. M-Pesa API).
Errors arising from incorrect user input or misuse of the system.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled under Kenyan jurisdiction, preferably through negotiation or arbitration before court proceedings.
